The Dubai-based luxury brand Caviar has released the “Longquan” series of Huawei Mate 70 RS and Huawei Mate X6 foldable smartphones. The “Longquan” series models are redesigned versions of the original Huawei models, featuring new body designs and patterns, with the use of a significant amount of precious metals.
The “Longquan” series includes two models: Forged Dragon (Huawei Mate X6) and Huang He (Huawei Mate 70 RS).
Forged Dragon is based on the Huawei Mate X6, with a smooth black titanium body. The unique multi-layer texture is inspired by the ancient Chinese sword-making art, perfectly paying tribute to centuries-old craftsmanship. This distinctive design not only gives the phone exceptional beauty but also reflects profound cultural heritage.
Huang He, based on the Huawei Mate 70 RS, features an 18K gold shallow relief craft that vividly depicts the cradle of Chinese civilization — the Yellow River. The intricate portrayal of this iconic river symbolizes the eternal spirit and continuous progress of the country, showcasing the perfect combination of natural beauty and human wisdom.
It is important to note that the production of these two models is strictly limited to 88 units. The number 8 symbolizes luck and prosperity in Chinese culture, undoubtedly adding more collectible value to these phones.
As for pricing, the Forged Dragon (Huawei Mate X6) starts at $12,200 (approximately 87,800 RMB), while the Huang He (Huawei Mate 70 RS) starts at $11,400 (approximately 83,200 RMB).
